cavemanperformance offers the following Returns Policy:

Terms and Conditions

Sales Tax 6.5% for In-State OHIO Buyers / 0% for Out-of-State Buyers

All products carry an implied, manufacturer warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Warranty issues are to be dealt with by the end user with the manufacturer.

We accept returns within 14 days from the ship date.
All returns will be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA). All returns need to have RGA number clearly written on the packages. Please email us at cavemanperformance@yahoo.com to obtain the RGA number. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 35% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition.

We request payment no later than 6 days from the end of the auction

Please note that no shipments will be made to P.O Box address

Additional shipping cost will apply for any place outside the 48 contiguous states.

Cavemanperformance.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone attempting fraudulent transactions.

Payment in full within 7 business days. SHIPPING FEE IS FOR CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL NEED TO BE QUOTED PRIOR TO PAYMENT. Bidding and winning on this item is a contract to purchase and pay no exceptions. Item is not my responsibility once it has been shipped. Any problems on arrival must be dealt with with the carrier by  the purchaser.
